Below are some sample scripts that you may find helpful when writing your own company's scripts. The scripts you'll need depend upon your individual configuration. Please reference your after-order follow up package for an itemization of the scripts you will need.
"Thank you for calling Sunny Solar Solutions, the experts in solar heating since 1979. If you know the extension of the person or department you wish to reach you may enter it at any time."
"To listen to information about our exciting solar products and services, press 1.
"Thank you for your interest in Sunny Solar Solutions. Please note that you may press the star key at any time during this message to return to the main menu. Sunny Solar Solutions provides energy efficient, money saving solar solutions designed exclusively for the home. We offer a wide range of heating devices including..." Rest of script.
Example close: "...You will now be returned to the main menu. If you would like to place an order for a Home Solar Heating System using our automated order entry system please press three when you return to the main menu or select option four to speak with a helpful sales representative."
During Hours Voice Mailbox Greeting
"You have reached the Sunny Solar Sales Department. I'm sorry but all of our representatives are currently assisting other callers. But your call is important to us. Please leave your name and telephone number and a representative will return your call as soon as possible."
Optional After Hours Voice Mailbox Greeting
"You have reached the Sunny Solar Sales Department. I'm sorry but you have called outside our normal business hours of 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time. Please leave your name and telephone number and a representative will return your call as soon as we reopen."
This is what's spoken to you by WorkEasy when a call is sent though to identify who the call is for. It is also used by the Dial-by-name feature. Record one for each Extension and Department.

Order Entry Mailbox
The Order Entry Mailbox requires an introductory and closing statement to work properly. This introductory message can optionally be followed by up to 60 seconds of music which allows the caller to gather any necessary information such as a credit card before proceeding with placing their order. The caller may press any key when they are ready to proceed.
The Order Entry Mailbox may ask up to 23 individual questions. The caller speaks their response after each question and has the opportunity to hear their answer and rerecord it if necessary.
Recordings for the Order Entry Mailbox must be recorded by the WorkEasy Voice Talent at this time as a user interface does not yet exists to allow the end user to record these messages. Please see Pricing for current rates.
"Thank you for choosing a Home Solar Heating System. You may pay for your new home solar heating system with your VISA, Master Card, or American Express. We will now hold for up to one minute to allow you to gather your credit card information. You may press any key when you are ready to proceed.
