What's the minimum you can put on your menu? This is a common scenario:

"Thank you for calling XYZ Corporation. If you know the Extension of the person you wish to reach, please dial now. Otherwise you may press 0 or stay on the line for further assistance."

The caller may either enter the Extension of the person they wish to reach or press 0 to have the call route out to the person or mailbox assigned to "0". Note: WorkEasy will even tell you whether the caller entered an Extension or dialed 0 for assistance.

If you want to get fancier and give callers more choices, you can add additional options to your voice menu (please see voice menu add-ons below for additional features and pricing). Here's just one example:

Thank you for calling XYZ Corporation. If you know the Extension of the person you wish to reach, you may enter it at any time. To dial by name press 1. To listen to information about our products and services press 2, to speak with a helpful Sales representative press 3, for Customer Service press 4,  to receive our brochure via fax press 4. Or you may press o or stay on the line for assistance."
