Give callers easy access to all of your employees with an Employee Directory. Following are two different ways you can give callers easy access to desired individuals.

You can either announce each employee and their three digit Extension. For example:

• For John Smith dial 440.
• For Cindy Walker dial 206.
• For David Jones dial 550.

Or, you can offer them on a menu or sub menu for single digit access. For example:

• For John Smith press 1.
• For Cindy Walker press 2.
• For David Jones press 3.

You can utilize the Dial-By-Name feature instead of the Employee Directory if you don't want to list each employee (this can sometimes pose a problem if your headcount changes frequently or you don't want to show how few employees you might actually have).
