Dial-by-name
Allow callers to select who they want to speak with without having to first know their Extension number.
When the Dial-by-name option is selected, WorkEasy asks your caller to enter the first three letters of the desired individual's first name.
WorkEasy then speaks the matching name and tells the caller the corresponding Extension number.
The caller may then dial the Extension number to be connected to your employee.
By announcing the Extension number in this way, your caller's are "trained" to learn or note the Extension number for future reference.
If there is more than one person with the same first name, the system will announce all matches so the caller can choose the correct individual.
